Beauty of Dawn: Sunrise at Ganjeolgot
I woke up early in the morning and headed to Ganjeolgot. I left at 4 am to see the sunrise, and I couldn’t hide my excitement as I drove along the still dark road. When I arrived, there were already many people waiting for the sunrise. The coastline of Ganjeolgot was fantastic, and the sound of the waves crashing against the rocks was so refreshing. As time passed and the sky gradually brightened, my anticipation grew. When the sun finally started to rise, the moment was truly indescribably beautiful. The sight of the red sky, the sea, and the sun rising between them was truly spectacular. Everyone was busy with their cameras, trying to capture the moment. I also took many photos with my friends against the backdrop of the sunrise. That moment alone was enough to compensate for all the hard work of the early morning.

After watching the sunrise, I looked around Ganjeolgot. Ganjeolgot Lighthouse was one of the places I had to visit. The white lighthouse and the blue sky made a really pretty picture. There were photo zones set up here and there along the trail around the lighthouse, making it a great place to take great pictures. Pictures with the sea in the background always make my heart flutter. And you can’t miss Ganjeolgot Park. The wide lawn and well-maintained flower garden were impressive. There were many families out for a picnic, and there were also many couples. Ganjeolgot Park was the perfect place to take a leisurely walk. It was nice to sit on the benches here and there and take a break while looking out at the sea. There were also cute sculptures on one side of the park, which were fun to look at.

There are many delicious restaurants and cafes around Ganjeolgot. After watching the sunrise, I stopped by a nearby seafood kalguksu restaurant and had a hearty breakfast. The kalguksu was really delicious because it was filled with fresh seafood. I felt like all my fatigue was gone with a sip of the warm soup. After dinner, I enjoyed a cup of coffee at a pretty cafe. I sat by the window with a view of the sea and chatted with my friends, spending some leisurely time. The interior of the cafe was also cutely decorated, so it was fun to look around. In particular, the desserts were really delicious, and they were perfect to enjoy with coffee. This trip to Ganjeolgot in Ulsan was truly healing in itself. It was a perfect day with the excitement of the sunrise, various things to see, things to do, and delicious food.
