Fu Bao and Friends, Gwangalli Beach, Exhibition Tips
Hello everyone! Today, I'm here to share my experience visiting the 'Fu Bao Family Exhibition' currently taking place at Gwangalli Beach in Busan.
This exhibition, which has been trending on social media lately, was truly amazing in person! I was almost overwhelmed by the cuteness overload. Now, let me take you through my vivid experience!
Fu Bao and Friends
As soon as I arrived at Gwangalli Beach, the Fu Bao Family Exhibition caught my eye! It was easy to find, located right in the center of the beach. The adorable signboards welcoming visitors all around were enough to get me excited!
First, I took photos at the photo zone with a birthday cake backdrop. It felt like I was invited to Fu Bao's birthday party! I was surprised at how realistic the cake model looked. Seeing Fu Bao and his family (Ru Bao, Ai Bao, Rui Bao, Hui Bao) all together was so cute that I couldn't stop smiling while taking pictures.
Next, I went to the super popular sand panda photo zone, where people were lining up. But it was worth the wait! The photos I took with the pandas lying on the sand turned out to be incredible. It felt like I was sunbathing on the beach with pandas - such a fun and unique experience!
What really surprised me was that all these photo zones had Gwangan Bridge and the sea as their backdrop. The adorable pandas combined with the beautiful scenery of Gwangalli created perfect photos. Especially the pictures taken around sunset were so romantic and atmospheric with the golden light.
Everyone, you must come and take some amazing photos with these cute pandas! You won't regret it!
Visiting Gwangalli Beach
While I was busy taking photos, I realized the sun was setting. The view of the sunset at Gwangalli Beach was so beautiful that I stood there for a while, just staring at the sea. The combination of the cute Fu Bao exhibition and the romantic atmosphere of Gwangalli made it feel like a perfect date spot.
After exploring the exhibition, I took a walk around the beach. The cool sea breeze felt so good and instantly relieved the summer heat! I didn't forget to wiggle my toes in the sand as I walked along the beach. It made me laugh as I remembered the sand panda photos.
During my walk, I noticed there were many great restaurants and cafes near the beach. After the exhibition, I visited a famous seafood center for some fresh sashimi, then had a refreshing iced Americano at a nearby cafe. Enjoying sashimi and coffee with a view of the sea was truly a special treat!
Exhibition Tips
Want to visit the Fu Bao Family Exhibition too? Here are some helpful tips I discovered during my visit. Please read and keep them in mind!
First, let me tell you about transportation. I took the subway to Gwangan Station (Line 2) and walked from Exit 3, which took about 10 minutes. It's easy to find - just go straight from Exit 3. If you prefer taking a bus, you can take bus numbers 41, 49, 38, 42, 51, 62, 83, 83-1, or 108-1 and get off at the Gwangalli Beach stop. If you take a taxi from Busan Station, it takes about 9 minutes and costs between 11,000 to 14,000 won.
I also have a recommended time to visit! I went around 6 PM, which was perfect. The sun had set a bit, so it wasn't too hot, and taking photos with the sunset created a beautiful atmosphere. It might be tough during midday due to lack of shade, so I highly recommend going in the evening! After 6-7 PM is great for both sightseeing and taking photos.
Keep in mind that there might be a wait for the sand panda photo zone as it's very popular. I waited about 15 minutes, but the photos turned out so beautiful that it was worth it! Make sure to allow plenty of time for your visit.
Lastly, the exhibition runs from July 6th to August 31st, so hurry! It's a free exhibition, so you can visit without any financial burden. Since it's the summer vacation season, it might be crowded, so consider visiting on a weekday if possible.
So, what do you think about my experience at the Fu Bao Family Exhibition at Gwangalli Beach? It was a perfect summer date course where you can take great photos with cute Fu Bao, enjoy the cool sea, and have delicious food!
I especially loved that the exhibition was free. With rising prices these days, it's great to find a place where you can have fun without spending money. Plus, being able to see such a cute exhibition at a beautiful place like Gwangalli felt like such a lucky experience!
How about planning a trip to Gwangalli Beach this summer? Come make wonderful memories with the Fu Bao Family! You'll be able to take lots of beautiful photos for Instagram. When I posted photos with my friends, the response was incredible. Everyone was asking where it was!
I hope your summer is as cute and cool as Fu Bao!
